Standard terms and condition of sale (Stock items)
Welcome to NiceBoxes. We deliver to both companies and private consumers
Prices & VAT
All prices are in EUR and quoted net of VAT and may be subject to alternation at any time and without prior notification. For orders dispatched and invoiced to customer in EU countries, VAT will not be charged provided we have verified local VAT number for you.
The VAT rate for countries within the EU follows the regulations. This means that the Swedish VAT rate (25%) is applied to the order on orders up to and including 2021-06-30. From 2021-07-01, (new regulations) the current VAT rate applies in the buyer's EU country.
NiceBoxes Scandinavia AB reserves the right to make errors in the price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to product specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements.
Items that are temporarily out of stock cannot be ordered and the information on the website shows out of stock. These items can be ordered on your own new order later. If it turns out that an order has been placed but cannot be delivered due to a stock difference, we will deliver this as soon as the item is in stock without extra shipping costs.
Subject to availability of stock, orders received on a weekday before 11am (Swedish Time) will be despatched same day. Delivery time is 3-5 days
We deliver to companies directly or, if desired, to delivery points. We currently only deliver to private consumers to delivery points
Order over EUR 180 ex VAT are delivered free of charge. For orders below EUR 180 ex VAT there will be a delivery charge of EUR 19 (plus VAT)
Small order fee
For orders less than EUR 27,5 excluding VAT, we charge a small order fee of EUR 9 plus VAT
At checkout, you can choose between different payment methods. We use Adyen's payment platform, which is a combined payment exchange and card redemption.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
No goods are sold on a “Sale or Return” basis.
Orders for standard items may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch with our consent, however we reserve the right to refuse consent where items have been bought in especially for you.
Goods shall be inspected at the time of delivery and any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods for a credit to be given. If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please ensure that the goods are signed for as “goods unchecked” from the carrier. Without this, we will be unable to make a claim from carrier for damages.
If goods are ordered incorrectly and where we are able to accept them back we will in no circumstances accept goods back if they have been opened or returned to us in poor condition or with the original packaging marked or damaged. Return freight will be paid by customer.
In order for us to approve your return of your goods, you must first send us information about:
- Order number that is on the order confirmation, delivery note or invoice.
- Your name and contact information.
- Number and name of the products desired are returned.

When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days.
